Bravo star Craig Conover rose to fame on Southern Charm almost 10 years ago. Viewers have seen Craig’s businesses, love life and many more aspects of his world develop during his time on reality TV. On thing that has caught fans’ eyes about the star is that he often paints one of his nails blue.

When Craig isn’t busy filming Southern Charm and running his businesses, he is appearing on Summer and Winter House seasons alongside his now-girlfriend, Paige DeSorbo. The reality TV couple sparked a romance despite living in different states, but now it seems that they’re opting for a change from their long-distance relationship.

Why does Craig paint his nail blue?

Craig Conover paints one of his nails blue for a very important reason.

According to a report from Bravo, he’s a supporter of The New York Center for Children and the Polished Man campaign.

The social services organization partnered with the Polished Man campaign which raises awareness and funds for victims of child abuse.

What is the campaign he supports?

A photo of Craig supporting the campaign was shared on the New York Center For Children Instagram page in 2018 and his painted nail has been spotted multiple times since then.

Nowadays, the Polished Man campaign is powered by the ygap organization.

The cause is in partnership with nail salon brand OPI.

The purpose of the painted nail is to get people talking about the campaign. More conversation around the cause will result in more “funds raised for trauma prevention and recovery,” as per the Polished Man website.

The charity writes in its Instagram bio: “Paint a nail blue in October to raise awareness and funds to end violence against women and children.”
